Frank is the creator of the California Cult Classics concept. His wine making expertise spans over 20 years. Many of Frank's wines have been judged world-class and his unique ability to extract only the "noble parts of the grape" has given him a reputation as one of Canada's finest winemakers.
Known for producing fully extracted yet elegant wines of great complexity, Frank is a perfectionist, and is constantly developing new modalities of winemaking to ensure the creation of wines that will impress the most sophisticated wine aficionado.
Paolo has been making wines with his father since he was 5 years old. He has an extensive knowledge of winemaking and recently completed the University of California, Davis, Oenology Program (first term). |
